The regional budget annually loses 1 billion rubles due to clandestine cement producers. Construction falsification appears on the shelves of small shops, but sometimes seeps into large retail chains.
And only an experienced builder can distinguish a factory product from an artisanal cement, but an ordinary buyer will understand the mistake too late.
In one of the new buildings in Krasnodar the bearing structures are scattered, like a trumpet. It was shot on the video workers. Here the formwork was poured, as it turned out, with the use of counterfeit cement.
In the Krasnodar Territory, almost half of the tared cement in bags is counterfeit. They are traded in roadside markets. But large hypermarkets are no exception. Last check showed that only in Krasnodar in five stores was found falsified. The packaging indicates the strength of cement, but it is not true. The most popular product – with a marking of 500. This means that 1 cu. cm mixture can withstand a load of up to half a ton. From such cement high-rise buildings are built, it is excellent for foundation and load-bearing structures. And the material marked 300 strong pressure can not stand, it is suitable only for finishing works.
Dmitry Supratkin can at first glance determine where the cement is real, and where – a dangerous fake. Over the course of ten years, he takes to the clean water those who hide behind famous brands.
“On the counterfeit sack with cement there is no address of the manufacturer, the manufacturer of this product. In addition, there is no certificate of conformity, as on the original bag, where his number is indicated, the validity period, from which by the number he acts and who issued it, “said Dmitry Supryatkin.
That’s how the markets sell cement from an allegedly well-known manufacturer in the original packaging. Make sure that the building material on the counter is genuine, you can examine the inscriptions on the sack: the name of the brand and class of cement, the manufacturer’s contacts and the sign of the State Standard. Over the past year, enterprises of the Kuban have produced about 5.5 million tons of cement.
“Specifically, our production has the ability to make 2 million tons of cement per year. And, accordingly, taking into account the capacities of the Upper Balkan Proletary plant, we can fully provide the Southern Federal District with high-quality cement, “said Sergei Ovcharov, chief technologist at the Pervomaysky cement plant.
The quality of cement determines its composition. In plants, carbonate and argillaceous rocks are usually mixed, but in Novorossiysk they place a stake on marl – this is a natural alloy of two components of high-quality cement.
“The operative stock of raw materials is stored in the warehouse of the plant. Its capacity is 36 thousand tons of marl. The rock is composed of calcium carbonate and clay minerals, “- said the correspondent of” Kuban 24 “Ian Buzychkina.
Here, the cement after the grinding is sent to the technical control department. Experts check not only their own products. For the examination, the film crew “Kuban 24” brought one of the bags of fake building material. Fragile cement consists of various impurities, such as ash and slag, their share can reach from 30 to 60%. Such a compound is not able to withstand the pressure of the walls, even in a private two-story house. Meanwhile, cement, which produces plants in the region by technological standards, is enough to fulfill orders of all construction sites in the province.
“It is very important for us that the products that are currently produced meet all the requirements, and we, unfortunately, today fix the facts of the availability on the market of the sale of construction materials of poor-quality, counterfeit products. And these volumes are estimated at about 25% of the total tarred cement. And in the money our enterprises lose about 1 billion rubles a year, “said Ivan Kulikov, head of the industrial policy department of the Krasnodar region.
But the worst thing is that counterfeits threaten the lives of the Kuban people. With counterfeit, they are now fighting at the regional level. A special interdepartmental commission has been established in the region, the task of which is not only to remove substandard cement from store shelves, but also to close illegal producers.
